مثل خبر إصابة مصور الوكالة العربية للإعلام حسن الوظاف -ومقرها الرئيس صنعاء-عصر الاثنين 19-9-2011 لدى تغطيته المسيرات والمواجهات في جولة الكهرباء بصنعاء-مثل- صدمة قوية ونبأ ًمفجعا أثقلت وطأته قلوب وعقول كل منتسبي الوكالة من مسؤوليين ومراسليين وفنيين وموظفين وزملاء مهنة وذلك لهول وفداحة الاصابة التي أصابت الزميل حسن في مقتل أو تكاد وهو يمارس عمله في نقل مايجري بتجرد ومهنية معتاد دأبت عليه الوكالة ومنتسبوها ومراسلوها ومصوروها ، تلتقي عندها كل الأطراف وهو ماعرف عنها وماعبر عنه الموالون والمعارضون في أكثر من مناسبة،إن حجم الإصابة التي تعرض لهاالمصور حسن الوظاف تهدد حياته بنسبة كبيرة إذ أن الرصاص اخترق وجهه من المقدمة واستقر في رقبته وهشم بعض الفقرات العلوية وهو الآن تحت التنفس الاصطناعي وفي حالة إغماء تام وقد عجز الأطباء حتى اللحظة عن التعامل مع حالته بسبب خطورتها وعدم استقرارها وقد تستدعي سفره الى خارج البلاد في محاولة لإنقاذ حياته إن كتب الله له مديد عمر وبقية حياة،ومن أجل ذلك فإن الوكالة العربية للإعلام وهي تتابع بقلق بالغ وعميق حالة مصورها تحمل الجهات المعنية والقناصة وقوات الأمن المسؤولية الكاملة عن حياة المصوروتطالب بالكشف الفوري عن الجناة وتقديمهم للعدالة لمقاضاتهم جراء ما اقترفت أيديهم وتؤكد الوكالة أنها تتمسك بقوة بحقها في متابعة ومقاضاة الجناة وملاحقتهم أمام القضاء والرأي العام المحلي والدولي وفاء لمصورها حسن الوظاف ولكل الإعلاميين وناقلي الحقيقة في اليمن وعبر العالم لما يمثل هذا الاستهداف محاولة قتل متعمد وإرهابي للصحفيين والإعلاميين لطمس الحقيقة التي يخاطرون بحياتهم من أجلها . وتؤكد الوكالة استمرارها في نهجها المهني المعتاد والمشهود لها به منذ سنوات مضت مسجلة شكرها لكل الزملاء والمنظمات والجهات والنقابات التي شاطرتها الحزن في مصاب مصورها سواء في الداخل أو الخارج ومنها نقابة الصحفيين اليمنيين والاتحاد الدولي للصحفيين ولجنة حماية الصحفيين في نيويورك التي تابعت-وما تزال- حالة الزميل حسن وأصدرت بيانات بهذا الخصوص وتؤكد في ذات الوقت بأن المصاب الجلل لن يثنيها عن المضي في مهامها بشكل كامل منتظرة عودة حسن لمواصلةمهمته النبيلة بعد أن يمن الله عليه بالشفاء بحوله تعالى،
هذا ويعد الزميل حسن الوظاف أحد أبرز كوادر الوكالة وأمهر مصوريها وقد عرف عنه مهنيته الفائقة وحسه الرفيع وتفانيه وإخلاصه لمهنته وقدرته على العمل بشكل دؤوب فهو ليس مجرد مصور بل عاشق للكاميرا وشغوف بالعدسة ومتلهف للقطة والصورة ولعل مايدل على ذلك تلك العبارة التي كانت آخر مانطق به فور اصابته وسقوطه على الأرض"خذوا الكاميرا" ولم ينطق بعدها حتى الآن وكأنه أراد أن يطمئن على سلامة معشوقته"الكاميرا" قبل الاطمئنان على حالته هو نظرا لعلاقته الحميمة بها فهو يحتضنها ويحنو عليها وكأنها في ذات الوقت معشوقته الصغيرة -طفلته رغد- ذات الأشهر المعدودة،
عمل حسن مصورا عبر خمسة أعوام في إطار الوكالة لوكالات وقنوات دولية عديدة على رأسهاaptn news" ،الإخبارية السعودية،العراقية،السعودية الأولى، الحرة الأمريكية وقنوات أخرى" ورغم أنه لم يتجاوز عامه الخامس والعشرين لكن عطاءات المبدعين لاتقاسبالسنين والأعمار فقد أعطى في بضع سنين مالم يعطه غيره في عقود،،
نسأل الله له الشفاء العاجل والصحة والسلامة والعودة القريبة لأهله وزوجته وطفلته ولزملائه وعالمه الذي ينتظره بفارغ الصبر لأنه عالم لايمكنه المضي بدون حسن وسيظل متريثا حتى يعود اليه حسن بإذن الله،،،

Criminals target Camera Man Hassan al-Wadhaf By sniper
The injury of journalist Hassan al-Wadhaf of Arabia Agency for Information located in Sana'a on Monday September 19, 2011 while covering the rally and ensuing clashes at Electricity Roundabout has come as a shock and a grave news that deeply saddened the agency’s management, correspondents, technicians and employees as well as colleagues in view of the severity of the injury that almost killed Hassan while he was practicing his work in conveying what is going on impartially and professionally, which is typical of the agency and its employees, correspondents and photographers according to friends and opponents in more than one occasion. The magnitude of the injury sustained by Hassan is life threatening because the bullet has penetrated his face and settled in his neck crushing some of the upper vertebras. Now Hassan is on machine support and is in a total coma. Doctors have failed to do anything for him so far because of the severity and instability of his case that may entail his travel abroad in an attempt to save his life.
The Arabia Agency for Information, while following with grave concern his case, holds fully responsible concerned bodies and demands immediate disclosure of the culprits and turning them to justice to pay for what they have done.The agency also reserves its right to follow up and prosecute the criminals before national and international justice in loyalty to its photographer Hassan al-Wadhaf and to all journalists in Yemen and across the world because this targeting poses as an attempted murder and a terrorist act against journalists as a means to conceal the truth for which journalists risk their lives.
The Agency affirms its commitment to continue its professional it is well known for. It would also like to register its appreciation to all colleagues, organizations, bodies and syndicates that have shared its grief inside Yemen or outside including YJS, International Journalist Association, Committee to Protect Journalists located in New York that have been following up Hassan’s situation and issued relevant statements. The Agency affirms that such incident would not prevent it from fully continuing its duties while waiting for Hassan to join it when he fully recovers to proceed with his noble profession.
Our colleague Hassan is one of the most distinguished workers in our agency and he is its best photographer. He was known for his professionalism, his taste, dedication and his ability to work under all conditions. He is not a mere photographer, but rather camera lover who is eager to shoot the next photo, and the last words he uttered when falling to the ground was “Take the camera!” As if he wished to feel reassured about his beloved camera before himself treating it as he would his daughter Raghad who is only a few months old.
Hassan has been working as a photographer for five years for various news agencies including APTN News, Saudi Ekhbaria, Iraqia, Saudi 1, US Al-Hurra and othersalthough he was only 25, but creative people’s achievements are never measured in years because he has given in a few year what others could not do in decades.
We ask Allah for him to recover soon and come back to us, his family, his wife, his child and his colleagues well because this is the world that cannot operate well without Hassan and thus it will wait until his comeback.
